Prepare:

1 cup of Black Lotus Rice
2.5 cups of water
1 tbsp. of salt/oil/butter (optional)

Stove Top:

Put 1 cup of Black Lotus Rice in pot with water to rinse 2-3 times still rice is clean.
Put 2.5 cups of water into 1 cup of the clean rice.
Cook the rice for 15 minutes, till water is boiled and rice is well done, then open the lid, stir up for a seconds.
Rice is ready for serving. Good taste if serving hot.

Ingredients

1 pc Salmon fillet
15 ml Soy sauce
5 g Mustard
20g Brown sugar
1 pc Lemon
- Salt
-  Black pepper

Step by step

Preheat the oven to 145 degrees C
Prepare a bowl and mix the soy sauce, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper, then stir it well.
Season the salmon with spices mixture. Place the salmon, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet, to bake until salmon is turned brown yellow, about 7 to 10 minutes. 
To Squeeze lemon juice on the baked salmon fillet when eating. 
Serve with the Toasted Almond Parsley Salad and squash, if desired. Enjoyed with the cooked Black rice
