Prepare:

1 cup of Red Lotus Rice
2.5 cups of water
1 tbsp. of salt/oil/butter (optional)

Stove Top:

Put 1 cup of Red Lotus Rice in pot with water to rinse 2-3 times still rice is clean.
Put 2.5 cups of water into 1 cup of the clean rice.
Cook the rice for 15 minutes, till water is boiled and rice is well done, then open the lid, stir up for a seconds.
Rice is ready for serving. Good taste if serving hot.

Ingredients

100g Shiitake mushroom
1pc Tofu
1 Carrot
100g Baby corn
200g Green pea
- Chervil
- Cooking oil
  Minced garlic
  Ground black pepper, 3 tps of soy sauce, 2 tsp of sugar, 1 tps of vegetable seasoning powder or salt

Step by step

Clean and slice all the vegetable ingredients 
Heat a wok, add oil and heat until oil begins to smoke. Add and stir the garlic in a few minutes and add the carrot, stir a few more minutes and add baby corn and green peas. 
Stir frequently until green peas soften and add shiitake mushroom. Add the soy sauce, the sugar, and the seasoning powder.
Continue to stir around a lot for 8-10 minutes, and then add the tofu. Cover the wok for a few minutes until everything is mixed evenly.
