BLACK LOTUS RICE RECIPE

Ingredients

1 pc Salmon fillet
15 ml Soy sauce
5 g Mustard
20 g Brown sugar
1 pc
Lemon
 - Salt
 - Black pepper

Step by step

Preheat the oven to 145 degrees C
Prepare a bowl and mix the soy sauce, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper, then stir it well.
Season the salmon with spices mixture. Place the salmon, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet, to bake until salmon is turned brown yellow, about 7 to 10 minutes. 
To Squeeze lemon juice on the baked salmon fillet when eating.
Serve with the Toasted Almond Parsley Salad and squash, if desired. Enjoyed with the cooked Black rice.
